"Here, every feeling, every sensation invites you to return to yourself."

Silvana, founder of the Somavibrational™ method: a somatic-holistic approach born from my own journey, and from preSenCe: the space created to share it.

The Somavibrational™ method is based on a deep reconnection to the body , to release memories that weigh us down.

Certain personal, transgenerational, or karmic experiences leave a trace in the body. These emotional memories continue to influence your reactions, choices, and patterns, even without your conscious awareness.

I support people who wish to free themselves from it, regain inner stability and embody a more aligned version of themselves.

Testimonials

Adriana C.

At the beginning of the session, I was a little skeptical. It wasn’t about not believing in it, but I didn’t really want to dive back into painful memories. Yet you gently explained how important it was to relive those emotions in order to truly release them. During the session, I felt a ball of fire in my stomach, then an intense sensation rising up. When it released, it made me cry, as if I was letting go of a weight I’d been carrying for so long. I truly felt something unblock within me. Thanks to you, I was able to reconnect with my inner child and tell her it was okay now, that what happened was in the past, and that we could move forward and heal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your listening, your kindness, and your support. I feel lighter, and ready to move on.
